Terms and Conditions

1. Rates in Philippine Peso are inclusive of 10% service charge, VAT and Local government tax. 

2. Charges will apply accordingly once on top of the guaranteed number person in a certain room. 

3. Full payment is required upon guest’s arrival.

Mode of Payment as follows :

• Cash and Credit card are accepted
• Check payments shall be accepted only if dated at least 5 working days prior to check-in date. Check deposits will not be accepted.
• Bank deposit is acceptable but it should be verified by the Reservation once the payment has been credited. 

4. Upon check – in, confirmation voucher with Valid ID / Passport should be presented. 

5. Standard Check – In time 3:00 P.M. For early check-in guest, room is subject to availability. Standard Check – Out time 12:00 P.M. For late check-out/late departures guest, room is subject to availability and applicable charges will be applied. Cut off time are as follows:

• 12Noon until 6:00PM: 50% charge from the daily rate
• 6PM onwards: 100% or full charge from the daily rate 

6. Extensions are subject to availability and should be settled beforehand. 

7. Booking revisions & adjustment should be arranged and approved by Reservations Office. 

8. Guaranteed bookings cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date shall incur the room charges equivalent to one night stay. 

9. A “No Show” shall incur the room charges for the entire stay as stated in the booking. 

10. An “Early Departure”, shall incur an additional room charge equivalent to one night stay if in case the booking is not yet fully paid. 

11. Change of arrival dates will not incur any additional charges if done 48 hours prior to the arrival date. 

12. As a general rule, card holder should present during the credit card transaction and is the only once allowed to make such transaction. 

13. Incidental deposit is required to collect upon check in and get it back once there’s no any loss and damages. Incidental deposit corresponding number of room nights:

• For guests staying from 1-2 nights, Incidental deposit is equivalent to Php 2, 000.00 
• For guests staying from 3-7 nights, Incidental deposit is equivalent to Php 5, 000.00
• For guests staying from 8-15 nights, Incidental deposit is equivalent to Php 7, 000.00
• For guests staying from 16-30 nights, Incidental deposit is equivalent to Php 10, 000.00
